Collaborating with individuals, groups, CIC's, charities & councils in Cornwall offering accessible & inclusive Yoga & Yoga Therapy
What is Yoga Therapy?
According to the British Council for of Yoga Therapy:
“Yoga Therapy is the use of Yoga where there is a specific health need or needs.”
Yoga therapy is essentially a tool for empowerment – the timeless practices of asana, pranayama, mantra, mudra and meditation are synchronised to help restore and maintain health and well-being.
Yoga therapy is a whole-person discipline and recognises the interdependent nature of our physical, mental and emotional health. As such, Yoga therapy treats the individual and not the condition. Yoga therapy meets the individual where they are - a yoga therapist's role is as a compassionate guide.

We would typically end with a relaxation or meditation practice in which further insights could be gained
