Boundaried Compassion
Workplace Wellbeing | Mindful Leadership Training

Calm Water Ripples

I help progressive, purpose-led organisations create healthier, more resilient workplaces through practical, evidence-informed approaches to mindfulness, movement, self-awareness, psychological safety and boundaried compassionate leadership.

My workshops are designed to be thoughtful, accessible and grounded in the realities of working life — creating space for people to pause, reconnect with themselves and explore ways of working that support both individual wellbeing and healthier teams.

Every consultancy engagement contributes to the wider work of Gentle Yoga Rebellion CIC.

A proportion of income from the consultancy will be directed towards accessible community Yoga and wellbeing opportunities for people who face barriers to wellbeing, including those on low incomes, living with chronic health conditions or disabilities, or experiencing rural isolation.

The level of contribution and the activity supported will correspond to your investment and respond to current community need and opportunities for meaningful partnership.

03 — THE RIPPLE PARTNERSHIP

Culture, Wellbeing & Psychological Safety Partnership

Six-month partnership | Bespoke investment

For organisations ready to explore how wellbeing, culture, psychological safety and leadership are experienced across the organisation.

This is a structured six-month partnership with a clear framework and a bespoke experience. The scope, scale and investment are shaped around the organisation, its needs and the level of support required.

THE FRAMEWORK IS FIXED. THE EXPERIENCE IS BESPOKE.

MONTHS 1–2 — LISTEN

THE AUDIT

Understand what is really happening within your organisation.

The audit includes:

  • Three days on site

  • An initial organisational immersion and observation

  • Staff questionnaire

  • Staff focus groups

  • Opportunities for staff to engage directly during the on-site visits

  • Exploration of culture, psychological safety, organisational dynamics and wellbeing approach

  • Written findings and recommendations

  • Feedback conversation with leadership

The aim is to understand the lived experience of the organisation, not simply what policies say should be happening.

MONTHS 3–4 — LEARN

THE TRAINING

Use what we’ve learned to develop the knowledge and skills needed across different levels of the organisation.

Three half-day masterclasses. Each masterclass is developed and adapted for your organisation with practical take-aways and resources.

WHOLE STAFF

Practical approaches to support wellbeing, personal attunement, resilience and sustainable performance specific to your organisation

MIDDLE LEADERS

Exploring boundaried compassionate leadership specific to your organisation.

SENIOR LEADERS

Exploring organisational culture, psychological safety, leadership responsibility and the conditions that allow people and the organisation to thrive.

MONTHS 5–6 — LEAD

THE EMBED

Build internal ownership and capability.

A group of up to 10 JEDI & Wellbeing Advocates (Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion)  including representatives from across the organisation, becomes the bridge between the programme and the day-to-day experience of the workplace.

The embed phase includes:

  • Up to 10 JEDI & Wellbeing Advocates

  • Three × 2.5-hour development sessions

  • Practical tools and resources

  • Space to reflect on emerging wellbeing and culture needs

  •         One × 2.5-hour follow-up/support session

  • Support to develop sustainable approaches within the organisation

The aim isn't to create another layer of responsibility for already-busy people.

It is to develop the confidence, skills and shared ownership needed to sustain positive change.

WHY THIS APPROACH?

Wellbeing is most powerful when it is connected to the way an organisation actually works.

Rather than treating wellbeing as an occasional class or employee perk, this approach explores the relationship between:

PEOPLE → LEADERSHIP → CULTURE → PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY → SUSTAINABLE WELLBEING

The programme is designed to help organisations:

LISTEN → LEARN → LEAD

The framework provides structure without imposing a one-size-fits-all solution.
